Suspending and Reactivating a subscription

You can suspend your API subscription at any time — for security reasons, maintenance, or business needs — and reactivate it when you are ready to resume. Changes take effect immediately.

How to Suspend

1- Navigate to your subscription management dashboard — Find the active subscription you want to suspend.

2- Click "Suspend Subscription" — A confirmation dialog appears, explaining the impact of suspension on your API access.

3- Confirm the suspension — Click "Confirm Suspension" after reviewing the warning. The subscription is immediately suspended and the status updates to Suspended.

How to Reactivate

1- Open the suspended subscription — The status is displayed as Suspended with a Reactivate option.

2- Click "Reactivate Subscription" — A confirmation dialog is shown before the action proceeds.

3- Confirm reactivation — The subscription is reactivated and the status changes to Active. You can resume API calls immediately.
