Sharing Subscription

You can invite colleagues to share access to your approved API subscriptions and credentials. This ensures business continuity even if the original requester leaves the organization.

1- Open your approved request details and navigate to the Invite / Manage Access section.

2- Click "Invite" and enter the email address(es) of the colleague(s) you want to add. Each address must be a valid BusinessID account.

3- System validates the email — The portal checks the address against the BusinessID system. If the address is not found, you will be informed and can try a different email.

4- Invitation email is sent — Your colleague receives an email with instructions and a direct link to access the shared subscription.

Important Points

• The invited colleagues must have a valid account in UMAS system before the invitation is sent.
