Managing API Credentials

Once your access request is approved, you can create OAuth credentials (ClientID and ClientSecret) to authenticate and start consuming the API. Credentials are managed entirely within the portal — no emails, no manual handovers.

Creating / Rotating Credentials

1- Navigate to your subscription details — Go to your approved access request and open the subscription details page.

2- Open the Credentials section — The portal displays your current credentials and a Rotate Credentials button. If you don't see any credentials yet, create your first one.

3- Click "Generate Credentials" — The portal validates your access and calls the platform to generate a new ClientSecret.

4- Copy your ClientSecret immediately — The new secret is displayed once with a clear warning. Use the copy-to-clipboard button and store it in a secure location (e.g., a secrets manager or password vault).

Deleting a Credential

• Navigate to the credential you want to remove in your credentials list.
• Click Delete — a confirmation dialog warns you about the API access impact.
• Confirm deletion. The credential is immediately revoked in API platform.

Important Points

• Maximum 2 active credentials at any time
• ClientSecret is shown one time only — cannot be retrieved
• Only approved requests allow credential creation
